IP always says I have more than I do?

Hey all,

I keep having more IP in the top bar display of the client than i actually have. E.g. I go to buy something for 1700 IP and it says I dont have enough even though I have 1736 in the top of the client. Then, when I reload my client, I actually have less, like 1676 IP. This bug has been CONSISTENTLY happening. Any ideas? Is this worth submitting a support ticket? Anyone else having this bug?
