Akali's Ultimate not Working!

Hi,

So this bug has been in the game for a while,

What is the bug, Akali only uses 1 charge for ultimate and it goes on cool down even though there are more charges uses, and stays like this until a kill or the cool down resets then it's normal.

How to reproduce, Every time this has happened is after my net drops out, So to reproduce this bug would be to unplug your cable middle of the game with 3 stacks till you see the attempting to reconnect then plug it back in. Then use the spell and hey presto it's there.

Regards

P.S. This might not be Akali only, it could be a thing with champions that use the same mechanic.

Edit: can't get picture because it doesn't work.
