Launcher not showing properly

Oh I was just ready to submit something like this, well here's mine, it's the exact same thing. Rito, whats up with this?

If you don't feel like doing that then you can just press tab and it will let you see the accept button if you need to accept terms and services for patch 4.20. I had/have this problem too and the tab thing works for now until they fix it if you don't want to change text size and stuff
