Can't Proc Electrocute

I was playing a game of flex to try out the new akali changes that shipped today, and noticed i was doing far less damage than usual. I thought this was strange so I looked at stats only to see that electrocute has done a WHOPPING BONE SHATTERING AMOUNT OF DAMAGE of zero.

Me too, I only trigged the electrocute once in the whole game playing Swain. I think it should be a new bug introduced in patch 9.14.

I was playing Lux and I did my whole combo and I cant proc it too.

Yeah me too, couldn't proc electrocute and it lost us the game...
