Zac E doesnt work

So I was playing on Nemesis Draft I was top lane and i started to kill and I tower dived I tried to escape but it wouldnt let me use e for the rest of the game.... Please help with the glitch i wasnt able to save my team lots of the times because i didnt have E

Please Fix This :D

if someone like this happens, just turn off quickcast, and turn it back on, or the other way around. there's a similar bug with vi's Q too.

I had something similar happen with Sion's W and R one game. I just exited the client and came back and everything was fixed.
