Blurry Texts (Gold Counter, Ping, etc.)

I re-downloaded League of Legends today with the new client and everything but in game the texts such as gold counter, ping, and player usernames are extremely blurry and unreadable giving me a huge disadvantage to receiving information. I have looked in other discussions and it seems that most people have an Intel Graphics card and are able to fix the problem within the 3D settings. Unfortunately I own a AMD graphics card which has a new AMD Radeon Crimson interface which as the look of it has no 3D setting options. Does anyone have a solution?
