Illaoi Ult Bug

I put in a video link of the bug. It'll expire in 14 days from Jan. 27, 2018.

Illaoi's ult is spawning tentacles unreasonably far from the location of the target and with an improper angle. This bug occurred for the entirity of the game where I wasn't able to teamfight properly due to the tentacles spawning in poor locations.

It looks like the tentacle location was determined at the press of 'R' instead of the delayed impact of the ultimate. This bug can be replicated in the practice tool.

In this specific scenario, when 'R' was pressed, Nunu was at the bottom right of my character. When the R landed, Nunu had moved to the bottom of my character but the tentacle spawned to the bottom right.

When replicated in the practice tool, I can confirm that the tentacle spawn is being determined by the press of 'R' and not the impact of the ultimate. You can press R and Flash past the dummy and the tentacle will spawn relative to Illaoi's intitial location before the Flash.
