Client Champ Select Bug

When in champion select for ranked, the timer forced the enemy team to lock, and the pick to switch back to ours. However, something didn't register correctly, and the enemy team were somehow still picking. This meant that because they were technically still picking, we couldnt pick champs, we got kicked form the q, and some of us lost LP. (Ive attached a screen cap for refrence)
