No Loot After Ban Bug

I got banned a while ago and was on a 10 game chat restriction. During the ban I was unable to get loot after matches until the ban was over and after the 10 games I assumed that it would be back to normal, but after each game so far they've told me that I can't get any loot due to ban restriction. I've been off the ban for about a month and a half now and this keeps happening. Help me because I believe it is a bug on my account that needs to be fixed or something
