Sion abilities can break (Q and R)

Was playing Sion and came across a bug where the Q and R ability stopped working. Tried unplugging the keyboard, resetting the hotkeys in game, dying, respawning, pushing the ability icons with the mouse instead of the keys, but none of that worked. Only with a reload was the bug alleviated. Have no idea what caused it but its definitely a software issue. Will try to reproduce in the future.

An update to this bug:

Getting interrupted while casting your "q" ability, following the use of another ability usually "E" causes this ability lockout bug. Though it is not 100 percent reproducible. Was able however to reproduce it a second time. Again the only current fix is re-logging.
