Why Was MY PBE ACCOUNT PUT ON Low PRIORITY?!

Hello Riot My name is Cidbae. I have a PBE acount with the summoner name "xXCidXx". Recently my PBE account was hit with a Low Priority Que. I have no Clue why i havent used my PBE account in months and when i logged on i never once got into an actual match until recent. I only played a few practice tool games. PRACTICE TOOL Game. Which involved no other players. I left them mid game. Am i being punished for leaving a Practice tool game?!

PLEASE FIX THIS RIOT!

Might have been leftover from when they were testing out low priority queue in the first place. In any case, this belongs on the PBE boards, not here.
