I was gold in S4. Back then I didnt know about the victorious skins. One day I had a game with someone who was using the victorious morg skin. I asked him how he got it and he said it was the gold reward. I was wondering why I didnt get it even though I hit gold in S4. I main morg and id like the skin
I believe you can be blocked from receiving ranked rewards if you were punished for negative behavior in that season.
You may have been punished during the season and lost your rewards.
Alternatively, you may have hit Gold after the season officially ended (and before Preseason 5 started), which would mean that you weren't eligible for it.
