Team builder skin bug

I am sure we've all had it, we go into tb, and it already has our champion and skin picked. You get into game, and suddenly you have default? you win/lose that game, then go back into tb, to see that your skin was in fact selected. you select your skin again, and go back into tb, then ingame, you dont have your skin STILL. so then, you go to tb, once more, and once more, its the skin you did select, but this time, you go to default, and back to the skin you want, and suddenly your skin works. Can this be fixed please?
