Katarina cant cast Q after multiple resets

Even if I took a picture you couldnt tell, it was off cooldown and I tried to Q minions or anything she would walk up barely start her animation to throw her dagger and just not do it. I even relogged and came back still couldnt Q. This happened after a quadra kill with lots of resets. Only way i got it back is from death. Lost a ranked because of it too sigh.
