Item undo bug?
I noticed when i recall and buy an item on low health and undo it with full health the health goes back down to the amount of health i had when i bought the item

I think it only happens on an item that has health on it. It is to to prevent people from using undo to "heal faster." People would buy Warmogs then undo really quick just to save a couple of seconds healing.
This is an intended feature. Buying any item (whether or not the item gives HP) and then undoing that purchase will bring you back to the HP/Mana you were at when you first bought it.
