Lvl 22 players vs a full Gold, Plat, and Diamond team

I just played against a team of fully ranked players. Some were diamond and some were plat with one or two gold players. I lost (obviously I'm only level 22). My team was all unranked levels 14 - 30. I'm not sure if there is a bug with matchmaking or something but it is terrible. I've gotten mad at league before, but I've always felt like it was my fault or I made a mistake while playing. But this made me stop playing and I really don't want to play again until I know its fixed. According to Lolskill they had a 79% chance to win. This is the worst excuse for matchmaking I have ever seen in a moba. If I could insert a picture of the teams I would but you can't upload pictures on here.
