While the client is down, Who is the best urf champion to carry with and why!?

play jungle malphite, rush gunblade and full ap, take dark harvest and nimbus cloak
Fizz or AP Malph can get 20+ kill carry games in urf if you know what you're doing. No counterplay basically.

i love playing akali in urf. her q spam is unbelievable.
also, a few days ago a friend and i duo'd neeko and lux in the top lane and it was super chaotic [sg-miss-fortune]

Syndra is so fun in urf, OMG!!! I love getting to the point where you can just siege enemy base by yourself, and they just keep coming at you, and you just keep deleting them
One super underrated pick is probably Bard. He can roam pretty much anywhere, his Q stun is like a slightly less consistent Brand Q lockdown, you can heal yourself, and if you rush LichBane into Ludens then stack Rabadon's like GP does IE (take dark harvest too) then you can prett much just walk up and one shot anyone who has less than 3k hp with just one meep...that also AoEs. Not good enough? His ult also basically forces them to either blow their mobility/kit defense to dodge, turn around and eat a meep to the face, or get caught in it and allow you to pretty much get a free kill every time. And if the enemy team clumps to save them...AoE ranged autoattack for 3k.
Range is pretty much his only weakness...and your ult and E can generally help you with that through just roaming elsewhere or catching someone with the R/Q/Auto 1 shot.
But...even with that Bard bit...I think the hands down most toxic I've seen has gotta be Twitch. Imagine fighting basically Vayne, but with triple range permanently, and no need to build any AS (so just ALL flat damage) because the stealth he gets is also a strong af AS steroid.
He literally just buys Bork, then stacks IEs, and nobody can even target him before he melts everyone.
Ban Yi, pick Sivir.
She's super underrated. Max her spellshield second.
The one I'm smashing with right now is 
. It's poison into E spam and watch those health bars vanish. Her W is great for dealing with all those high mobility problems. (ie: Dashs and the such) Also she's got her R = Stun. Also with the heal on her E and dmg from keeping the enemy poisoned she can SOLO Dragon or Baron on 1, or 1 and half items (easily by 2).
My only problem is that I spend too much time blasting E's at people that I forget to kite, but I'm Silver, so you can likely do better.
I also like to get a 
as my second item (
first) for the extra slows since everyone seems to move so fast.
With 
+ sharing a lane. He clears so quickly that he makes it back to lane without missing any exp. I hit level 3 clearing red side, join my laner in lane and gank those poor level 1 suckers. Blue Kayn is literally everywhere at any time farming kills and keeping enemies low level and behind, Red Kayn literally 1v5's especially when you've managed to get ahead.
