[GamePlay] All my starguardian skins have stopped playing their start of game music

After 9.21 went live all my starguardian skins just stopped playing music at the start of the game. I have tried repearing my game but that had no effect and I have made sure that my volume is relatively high but that has no effect. I've played about 5 games since 9.21 came out with starguardian Syndra and there was no starguardian music. The same goes for all the other starguardian skins.
