Game is literally UNPLAYABLE. Need help ASAP!

After the 4.21 Patch was released, my game is literally broken. After the first time I log in, and get into the game. My game is at 01, and even 00 FPS sometimes. Probably about 10-15 seconds after, the game crashes. When I try to reconnect I just get this error message:

My internet is working fine. And nothing is wrong with it.

or I get another one regarding my firewall blocking League of Legends, it's not, I checked.

I really need help. My System specs are listed below

OS: Windwos 7 Premium 64-bit CPU: AMD FX9590 GPU: Crossfire AMD 7970's
