Black Screen In Champ Select

I was in solo que for a raned game. I accepted the que when I was prompted but when the champion select screen should have been displayed, a black screen was displayed instead. It won't let me select a champion for the game and consequently counted as a loss for me in a series. I did not dodge but the game thinks otherwise.
