Mordekaiser W

I know people have reported this before but I'm just trying to add to this discussion, as I've found no acknowledgment. I've played this game since release and have not seen such a blatant bug with an ability. I generally play ARAM and understand this isnt important to ranked gameplay, as no one plays Mord. I just want to know that Riot cares and is slated to fix this.
