Flex Queue from gold v to bronze 3

Hello everyone

Today i finished my last promo game that riot game to ''balance'' the flex queue more. I did that game and i won it (I had a troller in my game also) and im placed bronze 3.

Is this a bug or something because bronze 3 is way to easy...

and before the patch is as gold 5 in flex queue..
