Forced to dodge by Riots epic client

Client bug number 3931823912384183123712937 as im forced to dodge a ranked game in promo because when i accept, this chat box appears and is covering my LOCK IN button making it impossible to lock in. Cant be closed, cant be typed in, cant do anything about it(10 years of client development btw) [https://i.imgur.com/po8vo38.png]

Did you try clicking on the button to minimize the chat? I've had this exact "bug" before and it's easily fixed by just clicking on one of the buttons. I can't remember which one, but you can try them all in all of 2 seconds.
