[GAMEPLAY] Nocturne passive does not "light up" to show it is reducing cooldown.

Sorry this is nothing game breaking but when I was playing Nocturne I noticed how his q icon would light instead of the passive icon even though his passive was being reduced in cooldown as normal (when he is auto attacking).
