[GAMEPLAY] Renekton's Q (Cull the Meek) can completely fizzle his W (Ruthless Predator)

Currently with Renekton, if you use your Q first, and then immediately use your W without moving and within the same animation of the Q, the W completely fizzles. It goes on cooldown and it doesn't stun or deal damage. It has a 100% chance of occur and it is very easy to replicate. STEPS: 1)Press Q on Renekton 2)Within that same animation of Renekton's Q and he's spinning, without moving, press W on a nearby target (you have to be quick). 3)W goes on cooldown without stunning or dealing damage. I would provide a video of this but im not a good tech person.
