Penalized for broken patch

The latest patch has gone live, and there is a problem that I am sure others might be experiencing. When you go into the lobby and start the queue, it does not show the queue initiating, which allows you to accept or decline. I have tried a few different methods to remedy this on my account with no success. Now my account is being affected by dodging penalties because of numerous attempts to go into a game after trying different things. This needs to be fixed, please. I don't get to enjoy the game because I have to wait for riot come across this problem in the hopes that it will be noticed and fixed. Being that it doesn't involve the store, I am sure will probably take a week.
