Error code 004

Client starts out scanning files then says “patching failed and were not sure why. Please restart the client to try patching again error code 004” I’ve tried this multiple times and also have unin/reinstalled about 3 times thus far. Rito please halpppp

Update: pbe works fine. (Not my pc?)

same thing happened to me. Tried repair tool and still nothing pbe work fine also, is it the game? PLZ HELP
