DCing in a summoners rift game creates wierd "fog of war patches"

if you DC in a 5v5, and relog (even quitting and relogging wont fix this for the remainder of the game), you will have weird areas on your minimap as well as on the normal map, where it looks like you can see stuff, but its actually fog of war (but not "darkish" as it should be).

this leads to feeling safe cause you saw nobody is on their way to you because you think the area is clear, when it actually isnt, to actually weird line of sight bugs in teamfight where enemy champs just randomly disappear and reappear in these areas.

easily reproducable, just DC in the mid of a game and reconnect, try to play the game and youll see. this has happened everytime ive disconnected, since weeks (yea my wifi sometimes acts up for 10sec), i cant tell you exactly on which patch it started. im only making a bugreport about it now because the bug team doesnt seem to be aware of it. it makes reconnecting and playing a game really hard as half of the time its impossible to know whats going on in the game.
