Champion Select Pop-up menu that crashes the game.

So I started a blind queue party with just me and one other person, we got to champion select but didn't lock in. We were both over skype, and at the same time we both got a menu pop up that said, "Match found" with two options: "Finish what I'm doing." or "Play now"

Logically, we hit play now since we wanted to play, and then the client turned black except for the friends list bar thingie, and it never recovered. We closed the client and got a time penalty for leaving a match.

What is this?? I've never seen it before.

Also, I tried looking through the client after I launched it up again to find out how to submit a bug, and it said to go to PVP.net and go to preferences and to submit logs. I went to preferences in the client, and couldn't find anything, went to PVP.net and also couldn't find anything, so here I am.
