game client crash

hi guys, this issue for developers not for players i hope you can fix it asap me and my brother use the same internet connection , so we try to go due in ranked or normal games but when he go to loading screen after champion select the game load us to 14% and then we get disconnected from the game , i've tyed to use differernt internet connection but its the same result the game disconnect us if we are together or versus each other , we dont have any other choice than using the same internet connection please help us i also noticed that we both always get the same tip in loading screen when we try to connect to the game always , even if one of us try to use different connection method seems that your servers deny us to log into the occuring game i have lost so much game coz of this issue before i start to report it please fix it asap and what i lose coz of your programming guys!!!!!!!!!!!
