[Gameplay] twisted fate doesn't proc runaan's when using pick a card

When using Twisted Fate with a Runaan's Hurricane, the "Wind's Fury" bolts are not generated by the auto attack after selecting the card from "pick a card".

Any Ranged champion that can have their AA change for one AA can't have it proc during that one AA. Very few like that but it's just how it works.

That I know. I play a lot of Quinn and if you buy Runaans the side bars don't proc her passive. But I think the OP was saying that those extra bars/autos dont show up on the enhanced auto for TF

You said it right at the end. Enchanted AA's don't have hurricane proc. Only enhanced AA's do.

But OP is asking if they SHOULD show up (even if they do not get the enhanced auto bonus).

However, it's not just enhanced AA's, as Teemo, Kennen, Kog'maw, Vayne (bolts exist, do not proc Silver Bolts though), Varus, Kayle, and Twitch work with it.

I think it's because it's a single enhanced auto buff that is consumed. It might replace the actual attack with the spell, thus not creating bolts.
