Finding Matches

It's hard to capture from a photo, but when I queue with friends, my friends will find and see the queue but I will not be able to even see the queue pop up with the Accept and Decline buttons, I'm not sure how to solve it. It's been happening since a couple of days before the new season 10 bug. Please recommend anything, I've tried to re-download the client, and do the client clean in the settings, I've tried anything and everything but it doesn't seem to work, I've had low priority queues because of it, I am unable to control it. Pls help
