League Graphical Glitch

ever since the new map came out there have very annoying boxes over whatever champion, minion or tower I mouse over. I have tried repairing the game, reinstalling the game, changing colors in config\game.cfg from 32, to 16, and then back to 32 (it was defaulted at 32) and even deleting config\game.cfg...nothing has worked! please help as this has made the game nearly unplayable for over a MONTH

I am currently using 2x nvidia770GTX in SLi with driver version 344.75 and happens in both fullscreen and windowed/borderless (tested at all available resolutions and settings, native 1920x1080)
