Pyke Q disappearing

The bug is at some points when you hold Pykes Q, it just disappears and you cant activate the skillshot you just have to wait until the max hold of it is over. The model still animates and everything the only problem is it cannot be thrown. It does not happen frequently and I mostly forget about it up until it happens again. It is just frustrating when it does happen and I miss an opportunity to get a kill or make a game winning hook.
