Abilities are permanently on cooldown after disconnecting randomly for a few seconds

**[Gameplay] **While ingame, I came across a bug with the usage of my abilities. I couldn't use any of them after randomly disconnecting and reconnecting shortly after. This was permanent and it lost me the game.

How to re-create:

1. Randomly disconnect (not sure if you can force disconnect and have the same result)
2. Wait until you reconnect
3. Your abilities may show that they are on cooldown (grey boxes) and it will be permanent.
4. Lose game .

I didn't think to take a screenshot for this post because the game ended right after.
