Panth's heartseeker strike fail.

Hi, I was playing Panth at top lane and while fighting against Swain, my heartseeker went through him without dealing damage. Swain saw it too and said it on chat. Another problem is when I jump on someone and instantly use my E, even if I'm facing the right direction (with my cursor), it goes behind me. Same with Darius' E (after flashing). Thank you.
