Varus Q Bug

Varus Q, when it just barely hits an enemy champion on it's outer reaches, will trigger the hit animation and sound, but the enemy will not receive damage. Also has occurred when shooting through a wall into a dark area and hits an enemy: the hit sound is heard, but the enemy receives no damage. Has happened ~ 3 times to me in the last month, on 5v5 blind unranked.
