Replayes not working

Hi, ive benn trying to watch replay latly and it dossent work, all its sayes when i clikk replay "There was an error with your downlad. Clikk here to try agan." , so i do that and it just stand there and load forever. What can i do ? or is it just a bug? Some of my frends have the same issue.
