Inability to use keyboard?

So this has happened a few times within the past 24 hours now. I will open the game, and a game will start no problem, but it all starts when I try to lock camera with Y key. I'll try and nothing will happen, but I can still use space to go to my position. And then, when I try to use abilities, spells, recall, use item actives, ping, pretty much anything that I use keyboard shortcuts for, it won't work. The first time this happened, I was in a bot game, getting first win of the day, because I was tired and wanted to go to sleep, so the game starts and I (playing as Evelynn) can't use keyboard shortcuts. I use default settings for everything, and I tried restoring them to default too, but that still didn't do anything. I eventually closed the client and reopened it, which solved my problem, and I was easily able to catch up (because it was a bot game). And then today, I was about to start a ranked game, and I'm really happy I didn't, but I decided to play normal instead. I started the game (Evelynn again), and I couldn't do anything (again). So I tried to restart, that didn't work, I tried to work my way through the jungle by clicking on my abilities (terrible idea), and I couldn't do anything, I tried to restart, but I still couldn't do anything. I ended that game 0/4/0, it lasted 20:06 because they were alreadyat our nexus so we just surrendered. To see if it was still happening, I made a custom game (this time Bard) and the exact same thing happened again. This really frustrates me as I couldn't even play Bard adc in a custom game, and I essentially can't play anything. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them and do you have ideas of how to fix it?

PS: I can still open up scoreboard with tab, options with escape use space to go to my location, enter for chat, and in chat all of my normal buttons (QWERDFB123456GVY) work, so it isn't my keyboard.
