[GAMEPLAY] Annie's Tibbers doesn't chase leblanc after leblanc returns to her mark

When Annie casts Tibbers (no stun) on Leblanc, after Annie dies to Leblanc's Q, if Leblanc casts her second w (returning to her mark) or if her passive is active but proc'ed before Annie died (so LB passive procs, became visible, and then Annie died), Annie's Tibbers will stop chasing any nearby enemies. It will still attack them if they are in melee range, but Tibbers will not move at all. After Tibbers stands still for 3-7 seconds, it will run to Annie's dead body.

This bug happened twice so far, it is likely that this bug is associated with Annie dying to Leblanc, Leblanc casting w the second time after Annie casted Tibbers and then died.

Whether this bug occurs when leblanc uses her ult (cloned w) is not known yet.

I would post a video if I can but I don't know how.
