Visual Bug (Green / Purple)

The bug itself looks like League of Legends with an extreme color filter, leaving only green and purple hues. It is also zoomed in on the left side , maybe 150% of normal zoom (enough to remove HUD elements from bottom). Interestingly, screenshots don't show this bug (they look normal) so it's been frustrating to capture. The bug occurs most consistently when attempting to ping (during the directional 'mouse pull' before the ping occurs) and during Spectator mode. In Spectate, it usually starts normally, then if the camera stops moving it for a second or so, visual bug appears and remains until you move the camera again.

I am running Windows 10 with a native / in game resolution of 3840x2160. I'm using a Samsung 4k TV as my monitor.

It seems multiple users are experiencing this bug, and the common tie might be the 4k monitor. Hopefully this is enough to start the process of fixing this disruptive glitch.
