5.14 Sated Devourer -Shaco

So I was in this game against a shaco and he was running for Sated Devourer and apparently once he's 6 he can just ult and have more wolves appear around him, is that a bug a something and once he even got Sated he still has like 4 or so wolves still around him.

The wolves cap at 7 and can object block you. Please fix

Weird I saw and played Sated Shaco, never had this bug happen Got pics or more info?
