Jhin stutter stepping when reloading

When you right click anything (champion, skuttle crap, minion) that's moving while Jhin is reloading he will stutter step once he's in range of the auto attack. So when chasing someone this makes it incredibly difficult to smoothly attack move. This occurs every single time.
