Two dissapeared matches

Riot, this is unacceptable... I just had a ranked provisional game, 25min in game, and the game just crashed, all players where disconnected. Now the game is over and there is no information about it, only euw.op.gg shows this game exists and is running atm. I was playing with these summoners: What Bounty, Quests, Pederzone, RayulexLoL, o0 Bur 0o, iMMOLA, BaliosPK, Tlmes, TCO Marzeeh. Also, the same happened with another ranked game that i played one/two days ago. The game just stopped and then any sign of it just dissapeared. One summoner from that other game messaged me that it is possible that our game was ddosses by enemie player. The worst part is that both games our team was winning badly, so now I lost 2 provisional series wins!

Edit: The last game I played just got counted as a win, well, at least that's what Placement games score says to me, Match history still shows no sign of it. But the other game I played one/two days is still gone.
