Loading Screen Bug

After champ select into the loading screen I can not see anyone load but myself. It stops at 10%, and then I hear the game start. I was playing with a friend and while still with the loading screen on my monitor, I could type and hit enter as if I was in game. I could also move and play but could only see the loading screen with myself at 10%. I am repairing all files but this occurred as of the last patch.. Any thoughts?
