Maokai Bug.

There has been a bug on Maokai since 7.16. It only happens in animation cancelling. It has to do with his passive And sappling toss. The way it works is, you get your passive and proc it while IMMEDIATELY after using sappling toss. It will cancel the sappling and the sappling will go on cooldown with no sappling to be seen. Just thought i'd reveal this since nobody did anything about it in 7.17. Feel free to discuss.
