Random freezes ingame with high input (when i type in chat/ spam spells/ any input rapidly repeated)

when i am in game, my screen will freeze when i open the shop, chat window, enter any input at a high rate. It will only freeze for .5 seconds - 4 seconds but it happens very often. This only happened after the latest update. I'd like to post some of my logs from my games today but i am not sure how to go about that. I can locate the r3d logs, just let me know how to post it in the discussion for you guys to take a look at.
