A Katarina Bug...(Q,R and recall)

I lose a ranked game because of a Katarina bug, it was about 15-20 mins in game, my Q, ultimate and recall stopped working suddenly i tried to set all the key bindings to default settings and it wasn't working still. I also tried to disconnect and reconnect to game yet it's still not working. I have to restart my whole pc to fix the bug, it cost me 10 mins to do so, and the enemy team just keep on winning teamfights because I wasn't there, and they turned the table over and win the game. It was unfair to me and my teammates! :(
