Nidalee Stutter Bug?

Anytime my friends and I play with a Nidalee on the opposite team, when she appears on the map anywhere we all get a "stutter" or lag spike type of thing at the same time, lasting the same amount of time. Obviously this isn't the best but wasn't sure other people were aware of it or were experiencing it as well. The stutter only lasts a second, but when you're going in on the people in your lane, or she's ganking it's gg.
