Minimap Clicking not working?!

I really can't seem to get my minimap to work. Every time I try to click the minimap it move my camera in that position it doesn't work. I even have the option where you can allow minimap movement ticked on. I really need help cause nothing seems to be working at all. I've tried both left and right click, and both don't do anything.
